Aerial Trolley Exhaust System

An Aerial Trolley Exhaust System features Model ARI-2000 or 3000 Aluminum Channel Duct installed throughout the work area. The channel is divided into shop-long channels, with at least four trolleys equipped with 6 in. hoses, nozzles, and clamping devices. Each trolley is equipped with a shut off damper to prevent it from drawing air when not in use. The hose reels are connected to a Model 820-357 Exhaust Fan via round industrial duct.

Hose Reel Systems

A Hose Reel Exhaust System features eight Motorized or Spring Hose Reels installed in the work area. Each Hose Reel features a shutoff damper to prevent it from drawing air when not in use, 25 ft. of 6 in. hose, nozzles, and clamping devices. The Motorized Hose Reels will include pendant remotes. Each side of the shop runs its own length of round industrial duct. The ducts are connected to two Model 820-357 Exhaust Fans, respectively.
