ARI-HETRA’s Model WS-BL1500 Brake Lathe is designed to turn the drums and rotors of trucks, buses, and light commercial vehicles. This lathe makes it possible to turn heavy-duty truck drums with dual-wheels and hubs still mounted. The lathe works with a digital rheostat which allows continuous variation of the spindle’s revolutions. The speed of the spindle’s revolution can be adjusted at any time to react to the condition of the drum, rotor surface, or the vibration level. This versatile machine can handle a number of different turning jobs from discs to drums.
