The Western States Contracting Alliance (WSCA) establishes the means by which participating states may join together in cooperative multi-State contracting in order to achieve cost-effective and efficient acquisition of quality products and services. Cooperative purchasing benefits states as well as cities, counties, public schools and institutions of higher education.
Who is eligible
- All governmental entities within WSCA and non-WSCA states may participate as long as a signed Participating Addendum is submitted to the appropriate contract specialist in the state of Washington (currently Richard Carlson rcarlso@ga.wa.gov).
